ATW Solar Conducts Integrated Internal Audit Training for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015

As part of its commitment to strengthening the implementation of its Integrated Management System, PT ATW Solar Indonesia held an Internal Audit Training covering ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) in a single integrated training session on 16-17 July 2026, the session was attended by 22 participants from various divisions across the ATW Solar Group, with Ir. Eko Sri Wibowo, MM, from MSI Strategic Solution, as the facilitator.

The training was designed as an integrated program, given how closely the three standards Quality Management System, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management are interconnected in ATW Solar’s operations as a provider of EPC and solar power system solutions. Through this combined approach, participants explored how the three management systems intersect within a single audit process, from project planning and field installation to after-sales service for customers.

This internal audit training was designed to:

  • Strengthen the competency of ATW Solar’s internal auditors in conducting effective audits in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015.
  • Deepen the team’s understanding of Management of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management System implementation across all business units.
  • Identify potential non-conformities and operational risks early, before they affect service quality or workplace safety.
  • Build a consistent culture of continuous improvement across the company’s business processes.
  • Prepare the organization more thoroughly for upcoming certification and external audits.

The training combined theoretical presentations, case studies, and audit role-play simulations, with participants alternately taking on the roles of auditor and auditee. Participants also engaged in active discussions on real challenges in applying these standards in the field, particularly in relation to solar installation projects and interactions with customers and vendors.

Through this training, ATW Solar aims to further strengthen the foundation of its Integrated Management System while reaffirming its commitment to delivering solar energy solutions that are high-quality, safe, and environmentally responsible.
